I need some custom work on WordPress theme

General information for the website: We cover football (soccer) news and previews
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: We need to redesign our match previews page.
Description of requirements/features: Our website uses Sahifa WordPress theme and we need to customise the match previews page. It currently contains a block layout, showing last 15 posts with excerpts and images. What we need to do instead is show all active match previews on that page, sorted according to the league. We want to have Premier League subheading and then 10 active Premier League previews (only showing kick off time, date, team names and link to preview), followed by La Liga and 10 active La Liga previews and so on for 5 or 6 leagues in total.
