I need some alternations done to the word press news section on my website.

General information for the website: advertising platform for property
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: The work that needs to be done is only in word press - please note I do not need another website created or rebuilt from scratch - I just need some customisation in the word press section.

When you select 'latest news' in the menu, this link takes you to the word press section. http://www.propertyfortune.co.uk/news/

I have previously had work done but cannot get hold of the person who did the previous work hence finding someone new.

What I need doing to the word press section only, I have attached in a document.

I have pages that are used in the main website that have been built in word press and I do not want these altered.
