I need Responsive Wordpress Edits

General information for the website: Responsive Wordpress Edits
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I need a few edits made to the responsiveness of a Wordpress website. I've included screenshots of each element.

1. The top purple bar needs to shrink down in size, so that none of the location elements shift and fall one below the other until it hits tablet size.

2. The blue appointment box in the header needs to push over towards the left side to make room for the mobile menu. It also shifts too far to the left on tablet size.

3. The navigation menu also needs to shrink down in size before turning into a mobile menu.

4. The backgrounds of the contact us location info boxes at the bottom of the page also shift. These need to stay in position until the browser hits a mobile size.
