Due to taking on other work I now don't have time to complete a WordPress theme for a client. The client is a medical company based in the US. They have provided PSDs of a new WordPress theme they want. The theme must be built from the ground up (not bolted on to another monolithic theme) and the site must be responsive (tablet and mobile PSDs can be provided). The site must be performant and achieve high scores on Google's page speed analysis tool.
