I need Professional wordpress Website Designer

General information for the website: Sell/Buy Items
Kind of development: New website from scratch including WooCommerce

Description of every page/module: This is New Website /marketplace, which I Would like your help to develop OR I need someone help to customise the template which I can purchase online.

Description of requirements/features: This website is ecom website, which need to developed from scratch. Need someone who can work dedicatedly on this project. Need who has good knowledge of Programming and Designing.

I also want person, who is ready to sign NDA , before he /she is going to accept the JOB.

Please note I am already investing money into purchasing Wordpress Template, so Budget is constraint and need someone help to customise and complete the requirement, So incase if you are company and you have no capacity to accept this Job in that budget , please don't send your offers and excuse me for my budget.
