I need PHP script to show/hide elementor section

I am using a conditions plugin that can show/hide an Elementor text editor based on a custom script > https://docs.dynamic.ooo/article/58-visibility-triggers-custom-condition

I need a PHP script that will hide the text editor if the POST Request Parameter does not pull any data. I have attached a screenshot of one of my Elementor templates. At the bottom of the page you will see the MOT History section which shows white spaces where no data was pulled. I need it so that there is no white space.

Also if the MOT history section is blank it should also be hidden.
