I need my wordpress site changed - to a store!

I want to update my website. Can anyone make my website (currently www.budtiquebakery.com) to the photo I have attached? I have all photos required to be uploaded.

It also needs to be usable on mobile.

I also need the following:
a ) "view more” link on each flavor to a window that pops up with ingredients.
b) To BUILD: A STORE
- login, account, password etc for customers.
- Once customer is logged in, they will be able to see our store, our prices and ability to place an order.
- Add drop down menu (or whatever works best) under or beside each cookie to select quantity and dosage.

Ie; Peanut Butter Chocolate

a) Customer chooses quantity:
- half dozen, dozen, two dozen (with option to add more to their cart)

b) Customer chooses doseage

c) Customer chooses deliver day
Tuesdays 12pm- 4pm

After clicking “add to cart” the customer is redirected to a pop up or page that says the following:

Hi! Thank you for your order. You will be emailed within 24 hours with payment details. Please note that your order is not complete until payment is received. You will be emailed with confirmation.

That is pretty much it!
