I Need My Joomla! Speed Page FASTER!

Hey everyone,

This should be a pretty quick job to a qualified freelancer. I have a Joomla! website that seems to be loading very very slowly. I did a speed page test and I'm getting a 19s result which is terrible.

I simply need someone to make my Joomla! website FASTER! I am NOT looking for someone to install some kind of plugin and leave me to it. I need results. You would have to show me that the sit is loading faster, that's it.
