I need help with install and customisation of a WP theme

General information for the website: We sell overseas property
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We have a wordpress install of the WP Residence theme. We want to make changes to it, along with have it installed properly as its currently not displaying properly (import not working etc).

We are looking for someone to become our go-to guy for all things web development, so this is ongoing as our requirements changes.

Currently we require some custom elements, such as changing the slider to one of the other property types available in the demo pack, adding different 'slices' (for example a different set of country properties), multi-currency widgets, mortgage widgets installed etc. Those parts we haven't finalised but the install is the most important for now, so would be great to work on a Per Hour basis.
