I need enhancement on existing website.

General information for the website: Coupons and cashback
Description of requirements/features: Hi All,

I am looking to give professional look to my existing website- www.saystoreonline.com and also need to make some of the features of website better. Please see below my requirement

1) Improvement on look and feel of website. Need a enhancement on design and look and feel
2) Login and registration. I want nice and proper Login and registation to portal.
- User should receive activation email after registration.
- User should receive my own customise email for activation.
- User should receive Login and password details through my customise email.
- Email should have company logo and all details.
- User need to accept terms and conditions of website while registering.
- User should have prefernce to subscribe to
- email newsletter
- email intimation for addition of new retailers
- User should be able to redirect after registration activation to main page with all the contents required.
- Login users should only have access to my account information.
- Login screen page need to have nice look and feel. I am not happy with current registation and login pages and options.
- I should be able to send emails to all users according to roles.
3) Search:- I want search option should be able to allow users to search retailers on my website and after clicking on retailer it should direct to retailer page of my website.
- Search result page look and feel need to be as per my website.
4) Guest and members area
- Currently I allow guest to visit my website and see all details of retailers. But whenever customer need to buy from my registered retailer then should be registered member of my website. If he is not registered user then only sign in/registration option need to be available and should not see my account details.

5) If any customer wants to buy any stuff from my webiste to retailer there should be transfer window should appear for 9 seconds.
6) My account area
- User should be able to raise Service ticket- with all options
- customer should see date and time on which they had visited retailer via my website and can lodged ticket for that particular transaction. I would like to see customer last 90 days history of visits and customer should be notified by customised email about the ticket.
- User should be able to update Paypal or bank account details on website
- User should be able to see there own
- Cashback Paid out
- Cashback Pending
- Cashback confirmed
- Cashback using individual transaction

7) I should be able to add new retailer pages with below details (You can refer my existing website for understanding www.saystoreonline.com)
- retailer details like retailer about me information, Cashback information, Voucher information, button for each cashback and vouchor codes.retailer terms and conditions, Important information. Every retailer gives me different number of voucher codes or cahsback options. Page should be flexible enough to add multiple voucher and cashback with different details.

8) I will need How it works?, Getting started, FAQ, About us, contact us pages.

I need complete professional look and feel for the website. You are free to suggest me any color combination of images or picture etc or changes in layout unless and until it does not change purpose of my website.
