I need an ongoing Wordpress developer / builder

I am looking for a Wordpress developer with the following skills.

Wordpress,
Avada, Elementor, Generate Press.
CSS, Javascript, PHP
Graphics editing (Photoshop) - resizing for example.

Typically the work will be things like content editing, installing & configuring plugins, themes.
Creating new pages, posts, landing pages with Builders (like Avada/Elementor)
and small websites, so would be good if you have a little design skill too.

It would be useful if you can provide hosting support too.
There will also be some WP maintenance at times: site migrations, email migrations (we provide the tool), domain name transfers and DNS record updates.

On occasions we troubleshoot site performance, it would be good if you have website optimisation experience of services like GT Metrix, Pingdom, Page Speed.

We would require your work on a 'as and when' basis.
Some weeks it's busy and some weeks it is not.
We are looking for someone to be available for requests for work between 9am and 5pm daily UK Time .

We would like you to be a full time, long term and established freelancer already.
You probably work from home
We want to establish a long term relationship, so we are not looking for anyone that is looking for very short term work or filling gaps between looking for a new job, or using PPH to pickup extra work on top of your existing career with a dedicated employer
Additionally, this would not suit someone who's availability it sporadic, spends a lot of time travelling, or takes many days to return our emails.

We don't mind where you work in the world, however we do require good written English as there maybe times where you answer support tickets direct to our clients. (This is not a requirement though, would just be a good bonus)

We also have check-ins over Zoom/Google Meet etc from time to time, and the occasional phone call to keep in touch.

We have a fixed rate of £15 per hour.
