I need an interactive infographic developing in wordpress

We’d like to create an interactive infographic to visually represent the average petrol prices in the UK over last 30 years. We propose to create an infographic styled as a petrol pump (see this infographic by the RAC for an idea of what I mean), with the top display on the pump showing the year (which the user could change using up and down arrows) with the price of petrol per litre changing in a second display underneath. Scrolling down, the ‘body’ of the petrol pump would contain a graph charting the rise of the average price of a litre of petrol in the UK over the last 30 years.

Attached to this email is the following documents that you will need:
2 different views – when you click “view all data” in the top right you will switch between the graph and the pun graphic (pump will be default)
