I need a wp/woocommerce website customization

General information for the website: craft supplies e-shop
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I need the following changes to be completed until year change. Quick and clear requirements job. Pls check EVERY TASK and especially numbers 2,11,17,18 and 21 before you propose.
1) Header width: change to cover the full page width (may changed to initial if it doesn't look better).
2) Create sub-menu for categories in the "E-SHOP" menu and show me how I change it myself (for future use if I change the categories).
3) Image in homepage: full-width (may changed to initial if it doesn't look better).
4) Footer change to full-width (may changed to initial if it doesn't look better).
5) Enter favicon (the file will be given).
6) Fix shop page to show the categories centered (up to 3 per line and auto placed depending on how many they are). http://youniquesupplies.gr/e-shop/

9) In product page: remove the second field of description/additional information after the images (see attached image productpage.jpg).
10) Make the translations1 (translations1.jpg).
11) Create buttons for scrolling between images as this template looks like it is not supporting it (imagesscrollbuttons.jpg).
12) Make translations2 (translations2.jpg).
13) Make all the translations in that page http://youniquesupplies.gr/checkout/.
14) Fix place order button to work (It stays in the checkout page, just moves to the top).
15) Fix Paypal to connect with my account ( where is already connected a website -so I need it as a second connected site- and to charge any credit card (not just logged in to paypal users).
16) Make translations3 (translations3.jpg) and add a small text after the "Register" button.
17) In the myaccount page (before logging in/register) add an option in the register field for wholesale/retail customer) and add the choice in the users table in the database. If a wholesale option is selected, 10 more fields will appear to be filled (as required).
18) Add an automatic percentage discount for orders over an amount (200 euro for example - will be given the exact amount) and only for wholesale customers.
19) Make translations4 (translations4.jpg).
20) Make translations5 (translations5.jpg).
21) When you search for a term: A) If there is no result it turns an empty page. Change it into a text I will give you with a link to the shop page and B) If products are found, return images as it is doing now and additionally show the titles under these images.
22) Make translations6 in email the wp is sending when a user is registered (translations6.jpg).
23) Make all the updates in wordpress/woocommerce and plugins.
