I need a Wordpress website to be built and designed; plus maintenance

The website is a content-driven information site that in the long-term needs to make money. Initially it will be quite simple but will need to be scaled up as the site becomes more popular and populated. I'm looking for someone UK-based with strong technical skills and obviously an expert in WordPress. Priority will be given to someone with a commercial approach to websites with an understanding of the different ways they can make money. I also need some maintenance work done on an existing website.
I am looking to build a long-term relationship with someone reliable as I am hoping to launch more websites in the future.
