I need a wordpress website designed/ built

Hello,
I currently have a website up and running but it is not ranking very well due to it being constructed (and hosted) by 1&1.

I have been told that I would be better off using wordpress instead (from a SEO perspective) and am therefore looking for someone to build me a wordpress site.

I want to use most of the copy and pictures from my current website but want a new layout and design.

I've been looking at Wordpress themes and I'm pretty certain I want to build my website using the 'enfold' theme as this seems to have very good reviews?

I also want the website designer to make sure that the website is built correctly form an SEO point of view (sitemap, tags etc?)

I'm wanting the finished website to be a very high quality commercial site with scrolling/ animated slider etc and thus I'm willing to be flexible over final build cost.
