I need a wordpress website designed

General information for the website: We are commercial building contractors
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 12
Description of requirements/features: I need to have a website designed for my company commercial contractor charleston.com I own several websites and will want this one to match my other sites in design style ,my example sites are charlestondeckbuilder.com , 1stteamconstruction.com , 1stteamconstruction.net, I want this new site built on the avada wordpress theme and I have the theme installed already, I will be adding you as a user to the site,I DO NOT want any hard code changed or uploaded in the site, I will go in and name the pages but I want you to design the images and content for the site based on good seo for my town we work in and googles requirements which I can give you but assuming you will already know. The site may have up to 12 pages. the company logo you come up with will need to say (a first team company ) below the main logo. Ill want a site map developed for for the site that I can have search engines index before final payment is completed.
I've given my other site info here but this new site will need to have new information for just commercial style construction,the sites I've listed is only the style I like to keep.
