I need a wordpress website built from scratch

General information for the website: Matched Betting subscription site
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: This is a subscription based site giving information on matched betting.

The front page will be an information page selling the concept of Matched Betting and showing the 3 services that we can offer.

There needs to be a way to sign up for an account, either free with limited facilities or paid with full use of the site.

Once logged in customers will see a control type panel that clicks through to different areas, ie FAQ, ongoing ofers, current offers etc.

The Free customers will only be able to see a limited amount of these offers with the option to pay to see everything on offer.

Paid customers will get access to the full control panel. This will links to a page that then has links to a lot of different offers, so different pages but will only a small amount of information.

It must be easy for me to add and remove these offers as they can change on a daily basis.

The site needs to be professional and I need someone with a good eye for design.

I am happy to be flexible with the price for the right person
