I need a Wordpress site designed using the Wordpress theme 15zine

General information for the website: We are to be a video game and entertainment journalism website
Num. of web pages/modules: 25-ish
Description of every page/module: It should be stated that I have found another site online that I pretty much want to replicate. I will then make small changes once I have replicated the site to make it more individual to myself. If you want to see that site,lease click the below URL. However, I'm currently looking for the following -

Home page which details a number of the most recent articles from various other areas of the site. This will also include a"Most popular this month" area on the side of the page.

News, Reviews, Features, Top 10's, Videos, Podcast, Retro, Movies & TV tabs along the top of the home page. Some of these will expand into...

Reviews - PC Reviews, Xbox One reviews, PS4 reviews, Wii U reviews, 3DS reviews. I would also like a page for VR reviews, however not yet activated, but to be activated when I'm ready.

Features - Previews, Free Game Friday, Games that changed our lives, Music Maestro,

I will also want links to Facebook and Twitter pages.

I will want advertising on the page, but would like to discuss the extent of this with applicant.

I will want an about us page, meet the team page, privacy policy page. I have already done the contact us page.

It should be said that the headings I'm using for the above are pulled directly from the page I'm trying to copy. I will be changing the names of these in the future, but this is just for the purposes of building a solid, working website.
Description of requirements/features: I think it easier to just view the URL for the page this is to be similar to in order to see what I want.

Extra notes: As stated before, this is to begin with a carbon copy of another site, and the alter as I see fit afterwards. Any ideas that the developer has as they progress would be greatly appreciated, as what I want isn't set in stone. But the job is essentially just to recreate the other site as listed in the similar URL box for the time-being.
