I need a wordpress Edit to work on a template

General information for the website: customize a template
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I am buying a template from Template Monster.com ( http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/49265.html)

I need a wordpress editor that can work on this and customize it in 24-48hours.

Here are what will Change:
HEADER AND FOOTER CONTENT
1. Company name change to Tomy's Kitchen
2. SPECIAL (CHANGE TO) CHEF SPECIAL
3. HOME TAB (REMOVE DROP-DOWN MENU)
4. ABOUT US (ADD DROP DOWN MENU - a. TOMY'S KITCHEN, b. GALLERY)
5. Footer should be updatable and name should be updated accordingly.


HOME
1. UNDER THE SLIDER (Change BREAKFAST to STARTER), LUNCH to MAIN DISHES and DINER to FULL MENU and SPECIAL
(so the first will link to starter list , 2nd to main course list and full to ALL (start list + main course list+chef special list)
2. Welcome to our Website text area in the middle should remain the same and editable, but remove the STEAK STAMP on the right and replace it with anything else, just ensure it can be removed.
3. Our Menu Area should remain, the same and editable, selecting 3 dishes to display at random from main course only.
4. The next section - the item on the right should be removed but (what our client say should replace that , instead on one on the right, we have 3 an arrow button to see next 3 and so on.

ABOUT US
If clicked on About us or Tomy's Kitchen (drop-down menu) from about us, user should land on same page the see now.
2nd option in the drop-down menu is picture gallery (not included in template)

What changes - ABOUT US page
The 3 Staff area remain and must be editable, but the "why us" are with the lady drinking wine should be removed and replaced with one single image that runs from left to right.

The the 3 boxes should be replaced with the testimonial boxed as requested on home page with the arrow to see more testimonials
