I need a Wordpress Divi Developer theme set up and Dev tasks

I have two developers who are busy with other projects looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and fast to complete two quick jobs. 1 hour for each task, max £25 per hour for WP development. Must know Divi theme. One task set up the theme to brief and load onto my server (set up WP etc) to very simple site map and brief.

Second task is a document with listed layout issues on laptops so it will be to fix the layout on laptop view for a few sections across the site. All explained in document. If fast and reliable, easy to work with will use regularly. Thanks. Needs doing tomorrow though!
