Description of every page/module: My wordpress site needs the following edits making:

- Currently my post pages are not displaying correctly and not allowing sidebars to be integrated. It looks like this...http://northstardigital.co.uk/north-star-digital-in-partnership-with-bedford-high-school/ .... they are too wide and the links at the bottom are not displaying correctly. It's not working well at all.

I want them to look like this... http://pencidesign.com/vancouver/joy-in-life/ (the original theme).


- Generally speaking the site is running a little slowly and I would like to speed it up without losing too much quality in the images.
