I need a WordPress customising with all relevant content . (perhaps based on theme)

General information for the website: The website is for a restaurant (previous supplier let me & client down, budget now tight)
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I have been looking at this theme: http://bonappetit.stylemix.net/ and think it fits the bill for an all you can eat buffet restaurant. I am happy to purchase the theme and install it on my hosting account. I then need someone to customise all the content appropriately. All content and some images will be provided. The budget is tight but I have more work like this coming up in near future.
A plugin for e-mail marketing synced with a mailchimp account would also be handy so a pop up window appears prompting user to enter their e-mail to sign- up for news letter. (similar to seen on north.fuelthemes.net).
