I need a Wix site replicated on WordPress

General information for the website: We're a governmental organization
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We have a complete Wix site made for our Women's Centre. We need it replicated on WordPress as similarly as possible. We have 13 pages (including a blog).
