General information for the website: The site is for my mentoring programs and 1-1 support and to include a couple of product sales links.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: I am putting my energies into opening a new business for services I am qualified to provide, so I am at this point on a minimal budget but I am looking for the best quote for quite a simple project as the site I want to be developed would be almost identical to danlok.com with obviously my own content about myself. It is a Wordpress site so most of it can be really simple to copy across to a site for me. I have past multimedia experience but do not have the time to do it myself. With Logos for myself and images of myself and alternative images. The home page will have multiple sections on similar to danlok.com and then a link to those individual pages for further information or a sub page. The sections of the home page are to include details about myself and then a section for those wanting to enroll in my mentorship program and another product and link. pretty much very similar to danlok.com
Description of requirements/features: I have some content ready for the initial main page and then part of the link pages, I am currently working on the content for the link pages.
I will need to get some high quality images taken by a photographer at some point soon but temporarily for an idea of the feel of the site, stock images can be used to give the site the feel of what it is to look like with my personal images on.

Extra notes: I would like the availability to be able to view the site in it's stages so I can get a feel for where to add content and which images to use etc but I do not have hosting or a server, so if you could allow me access to view the progression of the site.

Design as you go is the least effective and most expensive way to complete a project like this. Would you like some advice from a professional on how to proceed with this? You seem to have some mistaken impressions, like saying that because a site is WordPress site is should be easy to just copy things. This is simply not the case. Things can be duplicated but they have to come with the theme you choose, be added with the help of plugins or custom coded so depending on the route needed changes the complexity very much.
