I need a website developed for a business networking event company

Our company hosts an event every 3 months which brings business professionals together for face to face networking. The website should have the following features: 1. A photo gallery to display photos from the various events; 2. An event calendar which displays when events will occur; 3. Banner advertising for 3 levels (Gold, Silver, Bronze) of sponsors of events (the highest level should be more visible than the others); 4. A featured product page; 5. Membership sign-up (members will have access to a discussion board and job postings); 6. Job postings section; 7. A discussion forum; 8. An invite a friend form; 9. social media integration (links to facebook, twitter, meetup etc); 10. Pages with basic company information (about us, sponsorship info etc)

The templates created should have clear documentation on the use of it and where images, text etc can be modified in the design. The design should be responsive. All short codes should be included.
