Description of every page/module: We want a basic website built from a template which we can edit late on if need be. I've had a look at a few themes online. A few of which I like are:

Description of requirements/features: I want to be able to upload properties onto the website using the current software we are using. The website needs to be able to accept a few.

I have basic requirements like home page, properties page, contact us page, about us. Also whats really important is a VALUATION PAGE on which client can request a valuation for their property. Their needs to be a "call to action" on the main page.
Extra notes: We would prefer wordpress as it would be easier for us to edit later on if need be.
