I need a web developer to assist in the development of a Wordpress site

Looking for an experienced Wordpress developer to troubleshoot certain issues with a current website, and for further development during future phases of design. Would prefer someone with design insights as well to consult with on brand development, (necessary). Interested in developing a long term relationship for future work in both capacities. Skype or other web conferencing is ideal for us in communicating.
