I need a voting platform built

General information for the website: An awards competition
Description of requirements/features: This voting platform is to be built on an existing Wordpress platform, ideally.
The voting platform will consist of 40-50 subcategories (18 main categories) that will have 5 product selections per subcategory.
The voters should be able to experience the following:
- select one product in a subcategory that they wish to cast their vote for.
- submit their selection
- place their cursor over a product image in a subcategory and a lightbox should appear with a brief listing of features of that product.
- skip subcategories and main categories
- only cast a vote once per subcategory

We (the owners) should experience the following:
- see a count of votes per product and subcategory on the backend
- upload new subcategories and images for products without hassle, as well as terminate them.

I have drawings of the platforms we built in the past. We are looking for something similar. Clean and modern feel.

This is a deadline that needs to be met by the end of this month.
