I need a simple 1 page scrolling website creating on wordpress so I can manage it

General information for the website: We sell fireworks, not online, through a physical shop.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I want a single page site in the style of http://speedflex.com/ and http://www.launchpadresearch.com/

The look and feel will be similair to the Speedflex site and I want a contact form like on the Launhpad Site.

There will be secions on the page for ABOUT US - FIND US - OPENING TIMES - CONTACT US - PRODUCTS

FIND US will have a location map icon which when clicked will open in a new window and offer a PDF download of the map (I will provide the map)

The site needs to be fully responsive and work well on mobile devices.

Using Wordpress I need to be able to replace words and images on the site etc

I will need you to host the site for me. Traffic will be relatively low.
