I need a professional WordPress website

General information for the website: General blog on technology and video games
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 2 main
Description of every page/module: Homepage should have large full size images and titles. Perhaps a split between the technology side and video game side, using HTML5. Articles should show off the large full images and offer easy-to-read font. We will go over the full design after working on the setup.
Description of requirements/features: I need an optimal web host and web domain. The WordPress site needs to be set up with some additional plugins and perhaps a new theme. The most important issue is getting the website up and running, which should not take too long.
Extra services needed: Domain, Hosting, Installation, Customization, 3rd party integration
Extra notes: I would do this myself but I'm awful at web development. I'd rather hand the project over to someone who has done this hundreds of times and can be trusted with the setup. Since it is my first website, I will look towards future projects with the developer and will most likely need extra help on this website.
