I need a professional website done using Wordpress

I already have a website in WordPress at www.loganberri.com.
This has only been basically set up for a bit, to test. Until it can be professionally designed.
The business itself is property developing, so it is a very basic needed website about 5 pages. Home, photos, contact details, what we do etc…
I have already purchased the clasique theme from www.themefurnace, and this is mobile compatible. Something which is important, and I'd want the majority of data/text to fit on one page. Rather than having to scroll a great deal.
The business itself of developing is more having a website to in the near future to appeal to possible other investors, showing the work of improving houses/flats photos before and then after. So the only basic graphics I would require is a blending of the two photos together, swiftly and effectively.
Added to this, I would like the basic small icons on the website, Twitter, FB, YouTube etc… I already have the logos for the business. Also own the webpage www.loganberri.co.uk. This I would want a link to either on the main page. Or perhaps as a welcome page, where you have the option to click through from the .com address to this one. The type of business of the .co.uk will be different, but is something being worked on in a completely different field. However, the loganberri logo will remain the same.
Finally, as with all types of website, if the Search engine is optimised as much as possible is of course very important, to make sure it can be found easily, and kept on the first page of Google. This is especially important in the future as the .co.uk area would be more concerned with online commerce, rather than just presenting information as to what we do.

I'm flexible with the budget if you feel certain areas/items are necessary.

Basically though, this is still a very simple website, with little data and graphics.. but can still be found easily and is super easy to navigate through regardless of the platform it's viewed on.
