I need a professional website design (wireframes & final designs)

General information for the website: Educational Organisation
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 10
Description of every page/module: The website consists of a homepage and another 8-9 templates.

The procedure to be followed is:

A. Homepage wireframe (2 rounds of amends, approval)
B. Internal pages wireframes (2 rounds of amends, approval)
C. Homepage design (2 rounds of amends, approval)
D. Internal pages wireframes (2 rounds of amends, approval)
E. Homepage will need to be fully designed in responsive (iPhone size or similar)

Pace will be determined by client's response and feedback.

Please comeback to me with links to wireframes and designs where it can be seen how the wireframe has evolved to the final design. Based on the work samples there will be further feedback to the selected designers.

At the current stage a rough estimate of the cost would be appreciated; this will essentially need to become more accurate as more details will be provided.

Description of requirements/features: Wireframes: Any software can be used (interactive pages would be preferred, but illustrator should be fine too)

Designs: Layered photoshop files with clearly marked layers will be required

Any .png items will need to be provided separately for vector items

Google fonts should be used throughout the process (more feedback will be provided)
Specific technologies required: Photoshop, Illustrator (or other), .png files for vectors
