I need a professional website design

General information for the website: We sell books and writing services
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 5-10
Description of every page/module: Each page will show books and services as well as places to available space for affiliates. Each page will also be a lead capture tool, for email and info about potential needs of client.
Description of requirements/features: Will need to be flexible and responsive to mobile devices....In concept stage now. Will wait for proposals to see how/ what material to send.
Extra services needed: Hosting, Installation
