I need a joomla developer to create my website

General information for the website: A network , Portfolios and A store
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Im creating my website , Its all about interior design .
- It must be created by Joomla
- It will have a main page , Store , Network & projects page .
- It must be so easy , Simple , clear and creative with adding some Images .

1)Home page
2)Designers

1)Home page :
At this page , I will need for your suggestion as a developer , But in general :
I want the visitor to find the best portfolios , And will share partners logos & Links . Will have a slider for sure , Some products at the store ...... etc

2)Designers :
This is the network , I want to invite a designers to create a profile , The profile page will be like PPH , will add a search filter , to choose the country , place , language , have a degree or not , Approved from the admin or not . 3D or not , Autocad or not . Construction or not . Price per meter / Image render / full project .
The people who can create an account , they must be invited by me ONLY .

3) PORTFOLIOS :
At this page , will show a general portfolios (I prefer to make a slider for the special portfolios , with linking profile pages for the designers) , Second part at the same page will be the most viewed portfolios , the third part at the same page will be the latest portfolios .

4) Store :
At the store , All the designers can add a products to sell . If anyone not in our network (not invited) cant sell but can buy .

5) Projects page :
That will be same of freelancer.com . Anyone can post a project , The system will be exactly as freelancer.com . Payments , bidding & almost everything .

6) contact us :
at this page will just add the contact fourm , It will be sent direct to the support email .

After the details , Give me your price , Time you need to finish , And If you have a samples or any ideas that will be nice to share .
