I need a few custom additions to wordpress website.

General information for the website: this is a landing page for a new video commercial we are launching....
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of every page/module: the module we need developed is the PLAY button on the very first screen. It is taking the visitor to a .mp4 video on the server... we want this to be a popup that allows us to play a vimeo URL... obviously this will be a custom coded feature that is not available traditional through the admin backend... so we need this custom built.

there are also alignment issues on mobile version. you will notice the play button is shifted to left and not centered. Also the "Learn More About Us" SEND button for that email collection form is shifted to the left. we just need the mobile responsiveness to have those aligned centered.

I will provide all login credentials for WP.
