I need a fairly simple website

General information for the website: Charity
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: I would like a website built on Wordpress which has one page with 1 million squares on where someone can pay £1 and upload a photo of someone who has lost their battle to cancer (maybe all the square in a shape or lettering like 'Let's beat cancer!' with options to chsnge this). All of the money from this will need to be paid to Cancer Research which I will need to discuss how this can be done, I need it to look appealing to the user and easy for them to pay, then choose a tile to add there picture to. I would like it so the you can zoom in and out of the tiles and due to there being a lot, when you hover over a section of the tiles it will zoom in on that section.

Design ideas would be very beneficial in your proposal.
Description of requirements/features: I would like options to add more tiles and remove any in case of spam.
I would like an option to change the price it costs to have the image up.
It will need to look good! and work seamlessly.
Payment will need to be secure.
I need as much options as possible so I can pretty much customise everything.
option to donate more than £1
option to add a small message with the photo so when someone clicks it it changes to the message.
