I need a creative Wordpress expert to move my Thesis blog to a new theme

Update 12/06/14 - I may keep to Thesis but will need some customisation and change of colours. Either the skin I have or a new Thesis skin. Please let me know if you are a Thesis expert.

General information for the website: Move a Thesis Wordpress blog to a new theme and create a nice banner/logo also

Description of requirements/features: I have a Thesis Wordpress blog that I want to move to a new theme. I am not sure what theme - maybe Metro or maybe Theme X.

Please let me know how much you would charge, I need:

- Ideally a new header banner and / or logo done by you. It would be great if you can create a beautiful end result - I will tell you the sort of thing I need of course and the name of the blog.
- Customisation so that you create a beautiful design to the whole look and feel (I will give you a sample site I like)
- Moving everything (all content) over from my Thesis blog (posts, comments, categories etc etc incl. plugins etc) - I will tell you of the tweaks to be made
- A separate area on the sever to work from till we can switch over to the new blog
- Link to aweber ref the sign up form
- Set up a good backup plugin
- Resolve issue of server bandwidth going a bit mad - not sure if it is a backup plugin
- Provide support for 2 months after it goes live for anything that needs doing
- I will need to change categories and possibly tags
- From the point of starting this work I would like it completed within 7 days.

I am quite fussy as it's my personal blog, so I am looking for someone who is a wordpress expert and happy to accommodate a fair few changes as needed. But I am looking for a cost-effective price all the same.

If you are not a creative type regarding the banner / logo then best not to bid, as I would like to tackle all of the above through one freelancer if possible, thanks.
