I need a 1 page "Under Maintenance" page designed and added to my Wordpress website

URGENT JOB!
I am going to be re-designing my website but in the meantime I need help to simply have a 1 page "under maintenance" page designed and added to my website www,icpotential.co.uk

I looked into adding a "maintenance page" plugin but this option does not seem to be available on my wordpress dashboard. I did not design the site and don't know how to work out wordpress!

On the 1 page I would like my logo to be included plus a couple of sentences saying what my business offers as well as my contact details, all in brand colours.

I need the work done and signed off by Wednesday 18th July please. If anyone can help please contact me! Thanks.
