I have the Wordpress theme and content, i just need it implementing into Wordpress.

General information for the website: General
Num. of web pages/modules: 5
Description of every page/module: Home page (following template) plus 3 other pages (which aren't in the template so you'll need to do a bit of customisation.
Description of requirements/features: I will have the website design in PSD which more or less follows the theme. No design is necessary - just the implementation into Wordpress.

The website will have a main page like the theme and will go as follows:

1) large image like in the example (will supply)
2) Features part will have new icons in png format supplied (12 in total as opposed to the 4 in the template - i want the circles to light up as you hover over them - when clicked on they all take you to the same services page.
3) I want an about section as per the template (fonts and colours may vary)
4) I want a team section as per the template (fonts and colours may vary)
5) i want a testimonials section as per the template (fonts and colours may vary)
6) No Latest News section - this may be removed
7) I want a contact form as per the template.
8) i want the same sort of flow and movement of elements that the template has - i really like this.
9) remove the template reference at the very bottom of the template.

10) The page will also have 4 other pages in the nav bar: Home / Services / Packages / Contact
11) Home page is as described above
12) Services will be the same icons and content as the Features part (number 2 in the above list) but will a little bit more text.
13) Packages page (similar layout to the file i've attached). Each contact button will take you to the contact page (point 14).
14) Contact (a basic form to contact)

I'll be providing all the artwork so I dont need any designing from you. All i require is the wordpress implementation doing. I have the Worpress account set up and ready to go.
