Homepage design and blogs

I need a designer who can advise on the appropriate theme to customise my homepage wordpress site. Our Url is smphotonews.com and we would like to take inspiration from the the following website https://suitcasemag.com
On the homepage, I would like a customisable slider (like smart slider) which i can edit accordingly to display our latest blog posts. Under the slider, I would like several headers which says 'latest blog posts' from each specific category which you can see in the current menu.
