Help with Wordpress website

We have a Wordpress website. However, it has not been worked on for a long time and needs updating.

We would like to find someone who can do some work for us when required on an ongoing basis.

We are a very small company and only have a limited budget. However, our decision will not be solely based on price - we are more interested in finding the right person for a good working relationship, rather than the cheapest.
