Google Sheets Data to Individual Plan on Separate Tabs

I am looking for an expert in Google Sheets and coding to assist with a project involving a master data spreadsheet. The task is to extract specific data from the master sheet and populate it into individual tabs, each representing a unique Student Plan. The data from the master sheet needs to be accurately pulled into these tabs, and subsequently inserted into charts within each Student Plan.

The master data tracker and student templates are already created; I need your expertise in setting up the necessary formulas and linking the data to the appropriate student tabs.
