Google Pagespeed /optimisation code on WordPress

We are looking for someone who can help us to solve loading and code optimisation on a wordpress website :
1/ the home page speed score.
You must fix a Glitch when loading the 1st block: the text and the image must no longer move, which is not currently the case.
=> It is of course necessary to keep the current home page speed score which is very good!

2/ Optimization of the training page
We notice that the page takes a very long time to load.
Our web host informed us of a problem with the wp-include.php/meta.php file which is taking too long to load.
He must have had to increase the php memory to 1GB instead of the standard 258MB. He alerts us to this point which according to him is not normal.

Our host tells us that it is the cache that seems to need so much RAM.

In our opinion, this is one of the ways to find out why the site is so slow (with the number of plugins / SQL tables)

Ditto and services: Optimization of the page speed score of EACH OF THE INDIVIDUAL PAGES of the Expertise Landing pages and of the individual Expertise pages.

We also have the same home glitch (loading the text and image block)

4/ Optimization of the internal pages of the site
- Thematic training page
- training detail page
- Expertise summary page: example of advice and support
- expertise detail page: you must take an expertise detail page

We also need optimized page speed scores in green to ensure that Google can understand that the site is optimized.

The minimum score to achieve is 90% on the interior pages.

If so, can you give us a deadline for the completion of each of the 4 Task Groups and the pricing for each please?

And confirm to us that this is clear to you, that it is understood and that you have the capacity to correct everything?
