Google Page Speed Expert

Looking for a wordpress pagespeed optimization expert -

For ongoing work -

Needs to be able to do these two things:

1.) Optimization of images, keeping alt tags, image names in tact
2.) Preferred if you can also optimize at the server level and leave images in tact
3.) Minify CSS/HTML/Javascript without breaking the site/theme in both Visual Composer and standard wordpress configurations

If you can do all of these things, we will have a great working relationship and you will have a good amount of work for the long term (i typically have one pagespeed optimization a month).

Bonus points if you have web development experience. Cannot just be installing a plugin unless that gets us to 90 or 100%
