GoHighLevel Automation, Funnel & AI Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to build, automate, design and optimise our marketing systems.
This is not a basic GHL/VA role. We need someone who can understand the full customer journey and independently turn ideas into working systems.

What You’ll Do
GoHighLevel & Automation

* Build and manage GHL funnels, workflows, forms, surveys, calendars and pipelines.
* Create advanced lead capture, nurture, follow-up and conversion automations.
* Set up tags, custom fields, triggers, notifications and pipeline stages.
* Troubleshoot and optimise existing systems.
* Integrate GHL with Meta / Facebook / Instagram.
Webinars & Mini-Courses
* Build webinar registration and follow-up systems.
* Create reminder, attendance and non-attendance workflows.
* Build an automated weekly webinar / mini-course journey.
* Connect webinar engagement to the CRM and wider funnel.
Landing Pages & Design
* Build professional, conversion-focused landing pages, forms and questionnaires.
* Create webinar and campaign funnels.
* Use GHL AI Studio and AI/design tools to produce polished digital experiences.
* Have a strong eye for layout, typography, imagery and overall presentation.
Newsletter
* Build a professional, reusable weekly newsletter template in GHL.
* Set up the campaign and relevant segmentation/automation.
* Connect newsletter engagement to the wider nurture strategy.
Lead Dashboard & CRM
* Build a clear lead dashboard/pipeline showing lead source, status, engagement and next action.
* Ensure leads from funnels, webinars, Meta and other sources are captured and organised correctly.
* Set up reporting, notifications and lead management processes.
AI Chatbot
* Build/configure an AI chatbot for our website.
* Use it to answer questions, qualify leads, capture information and direct prospects to the right next step.
* Connect it with GHL so leads automatically enter the correct CRM/workflow.
* Create appropriate human handover processes.

The Ideal Candidate
You should have:
* Strong, hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
* Experience building complex workflows independently.
* Strong understanding of funnels, CRM and marketing automation.
* Experience with Meta/Facebook/Instagram integrations.
* Webinar automation experience.
* Landing page and funnel design skills.
* Experience with AI chatbots and/or GHL AI Studio.
* Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
* The ability to work independently and proactively.
We are not looking for someone who has simply watched a few GHL tutorials.
