Go Daddy website to Wordpress

I current have a website which was created using Go Daddy web builder.

Due to the restrictions I'm now looking to move this over to word press but still keeping the hosting with Go Daddy

The website contains under 10 pages and I'm looking for someone to give it a fresh professional look.

I am also looking to add a secure portal to the website which will allow customers to upload and download files. If you have experience with this type of product it will be an advantage.
