Geo locator drop down style feature for a Wordpress web site

We've built a web site for a client using the Bridge theme in Wordpress. The client would like to introduce a drop down option in the top right of the site so visitors can say which country they're in.

There are two country options - UK or UAE.

When they toggle between the options, the following things need to change on the site:

(1) The contact details in header of the site
(2) The events shown (built using Event On plug in)
(3) The client logos shown (using a standard carousel.

I.e. if they're in the UK, the contact details, logos and events for the UK should show. All of these are already set up and are showing on the page using carousels or short code.
