Generic wordpress template i can deploy for my franchisees

We are a car performance company with franchise dealers.

we offer them a website banded with their logo and contact details, and a few other pieces of customisation, eg colour scheme. otherwise the site is the same.

the site has multiple manufacturers. if you take a look at our main http://advanced-tuning.co.uk it will give you an idea of THE BUSINESS WE ARE IN.

the site i need doesn't need to be as deep.

the current sites i use have been around for over 10 years, and are very basic (blush)..

the structure here is fine for our needs . but the theme simply needs to be updated and nicer

the location of the franchise is important

i would like to deploy sites fast, adding in the CMS colour scheme, logo, contact details, LOCATION and go...
any onsite optimisation needs to include the LOCATION of the franchisee at time of deployment

contact form is not needed

it would be preferable to share the existing wordpress vehicle data from the main site, so any updates are updated live to the slave sites..
