Description of requirements/features: I'd like an expert in

To add the ability for Freelance to locate their businesses and the coverage area. When person posts a job outside this area, the freelance wont receive that job to bid on which basically works like another layer to match jobs.
I'd like to be able to enable this feature in certain categories for example Home Services will have Location Pointing while Web Design wont need that since it can be delivered online.
Another customization has to do with Custom Fields features in FreelanceEngine. Currently I can create custom fields for profiles and projects. What I want more is to assign these fields for specific categories.
