Four-Page Wordpress Site

General information for the website: The site is dedicated to self-publishing
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 4
Description of every page/module: Homepage, Blog page, Post page. PSD designs will be provided. I have attached the Homepage in PNG format.
Description of requirements/features: I have designs for the four pages. I need Wordpress installing on the server, a suitable theme chosen and the page templates created and in place.
Will need knowledge of EastDigital Downloads and Contact Form plugins
Extra services needed: Installation, Customization
Specific technologies required: Wordpress
Extra notes: The site is not going to be live straight away - but enough needs to be created so that I can add blog posts and get the site ready for launch. After the site is created and on my server, I will need to know exactly how everything works going forward.
